Ok, now, I was never one for the whole Prom King / Prom Queen thing. It’s not that I wasn’t popular, didn’t have many friends, or wasn’t “cool enough”. That was never the problem at all. The reason I didn’t get into it, is that I had better things to do with my time. I was the type that I was off with my “real friends” getting into trouble, having fun, or perhaps I was even out - working one of my three jobs, being a high school student. I always held myself to a high level of responsibility, even as a young teenager. No, I did not fabricate, I held 3 jobs, one of them being a graveyard shift. Aside from that, I managed to be on the Golf Club in school, in the Youth Philharmonic, intense music lessons, the Chess Club, and actively involved in a “church” at the time. Read more…
